Pre-Trial Intervention Successfully Entered!

Cliff Bidlingmaier was successful in having his client who was charged with the second-degree offense admitted into the Pre-Trial Intervention Program.  Second degree offenses carry with it a term of imprisonment of 5-10 years, with a presumption of incarceration. Pretrial Intervention, on the other hand is a diversionary program for first time offenders who are placed on a period of probation with conditions, and if they successfully complete the terms and conditions of probation the charges will be dismissed.  Cliff successfully submitted a letter of compelling reasons and was able to have his client admitted into the program for first time offenders. At the successful conclusion of the probationary period the charges against his client will be dismissed.
