Federal Lawsuit Successfully Defended

Cliff Bidlingmaier successfully defended against a federal lawsuit that was filed in the Federal District Court of New Jersey.  The lawsuit that was filed challenged a valid judgment obtained in State Court.  After filing several briefs challenging the validity of the lawsuit the court ultimately dismissed the federal lawsuit with prejudice.
