Eluding Charge Resolved

Cliff Bidlingmaier was successful in resolving 3rd Degree criminal charges pending against his client in the State of New Jersey. Cliff’s client was originally charged with the crime of Eluding the Police a crime which carries with it a potential sentence of up to 3 to 5 years in jail. Despite the serious nature of the charges Cliff was able to have the matter successfully resolved by having his client plead to a local municipal ordinance, and an imposition of merely a fine. A local municipal ordinance in the State of New Jersey is not criminal in nature.
