Criminal Matter Resolved!

Cliff Bidlingmaier was successful in having his client sentenced to a term of probation in lieu of state prison as sought by the prosecution. Cliff took over the representation of a client that had been facing five years in state prison. He identified legal issues surrounding the initial search and ultimate seizure of purported drugs. Due to the defense advanced regarding this search and seizure, and ultimately the filing of suppression briefs he was able to resolve the case for probation rather than state prison sentence.
