Cliff Bidlingmaier Successfully Resolves Criminal Matter

Cliff Bidlingmaier represented an individual charged with a multitude of offenses, including unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute. The State initially sought an extended prison sentence that would require a mandatory minimum period of incarceration of at least seven years.
