Cliff Bidlingmaier Successfully Defends His Client in a Civil Lawsuit.

Cliff Bidlingmaier successfully defended a licensed contractor in a civil suit brought against him. Cliff’s client was sued in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas in regards to home improvement repairs his company performed. There were numerous allegations advanced against his client including violations of the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices Act and Consumer Protection Act. The damages sought exceeded seventy thousand dollars ($70,000.00), plus the payment of all attorney’s fees associated with the case. The Plaintiff sought treble damages meaning that they requested the damages be multiplied by 3 for a total recovery in excess of two-hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00). After a multi-day trial in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas it was found that his client must repay only nine hundred dollars ($900.00)! All other claims were found in favor of his client!
