Cliff Bidlingmaier Successful in Resolving Civil Rights Case

Robin Lord, Esquire and Cliff Bidlingmaier, Esquire were successful in resolving litigation with the City of Trenton alleging Civil Rights Violations for excessive force. The Plaintiff alleged she was assaulted by a former City of Trenton Police Officer during an unlawful arrest resulting in serious and permanent injuries. Plaintiff’s counsel vigorously prosecuted the claims and resolved the case for the sum $475,000.00, as full compensation for the injuries sustained. Defendants deny all allegations and admit no fault in resolving the matter.
