Cliff Bidlingmaier Has Charges Dismissed

Cliff Bidlingmaier was successfully in having Harassment Charges pending against his client dismissed. Cliff aggressively pursued discovery that was relevant to the case and eventually filed a Motion for Discovery pursuant to State v. Holup, 253 N.J.Super 320 (App.Div. 1992), which led to the ultimate dismissal of the charges against his client. Cliff was also able to secure an expedited expungement of his client’s arrest as a result of the dismissal.
