Cliff Bidlingmaier Has Charge of Driving Under the Influence Charge Dismissed

Cliff Bidlingmaier was successful in having the charge of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol dismissed as the State lacked the appropriate proofs. Cliff was able to establish that the proofs surrounding the charge for a violation of N.J.S.A. 39:4-50 , and that said charge needed to be dismissed. The State and and Court ultimately agreed and the charge was dismissed.
