Charges Dismissed and Expungement Granted!

Cliff Bidlingmaier was successful in having the charge of harassment pending against his client dismissed.  After the charges were dismissed Cliff was also able to have the Court Order an Expungement of his client’s arrest record.  When an expungement is granted in New Jersey, the Law (NJSA 2C:52-27), provides that in the vast majority of situations “[u]nless otherwise provided by law, if an order of expungement is granted, the arrest, conviction and any proceedings related thereto shall be deemed not to have occurred, and the petitioner may answer any questions relating to their occurrence accordingly.”
