Charge Dismissed!

Cliff Bidlingmaier was successful in having a charge that was pending against his client dismissed. Mr. Bidlingmaier filed a Motion to Dismiss the charge based upon a lack of legal sufficiency. After having the matter called for trial the case was dismissed. He was able to establish that the legal definition employed by the prosecution was not applicable to his client as defined in the statue necessitating a dismissal of the charge.
