ARD Admission Granted!

Cliff Bidlingmaier was successful in having his client who was charged with felony theft admitted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program. Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition ("A.R.D.") is a pre-trial intervention program for first time non-violent offenders. A.R.D. is a diversionary program that does not result in a conviction and upon successful completion the charges will be dismissed and expunged upon Order of the Court.  Cliff was successful in demonstrating that his client who lead a law abiding life was an appropriate candidate for the diversionary program.
