Cliff Bidlingmaier was successful in having the charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:36-2, dismissed. The case involved what was a purported search of a college dormitory that was occupied by multiple individuals. The search resulted in the Law Firm of Bidlingmaier & Bidlingmaier filing a Motion to Suppress the Evidence and a Motion to Suppress the Statements of the Defendant. The legal memorandum argued that the search was in violation of the 4th Amendment of the United States Constitution and that Statements were obtained in violation of Miranda v. Arizona.
